The Apex Direct Pulley is engineered for soft attachments like Prusiks, slings, and soft shackles, it aligns the rope with the pull direction, just like a swivel pulley and it is mid-line attachable. Compact and over 50% lighter than a typical swivel pulley/carabiner combo, its mid-line attachable features one-handed operation via a low-profile patented triple-action lock mechanism, involving three steps: pivot the lock button, depress it, and then swing open the side-plate. Easily closing the side-plate reactivates the lock, ensuring a firm rope grip.
