Wavecor PR270WA01 10-1/2″ Paper Cone Passive Radiator Overview:The Wavecor PR270WA01 is an 10-1/2″ passive radiator designed for dedicated subwoofer applications. Due to its low mechanical losses, the PR270WA01 performs equally well on low volume and dynamic peaks.  Highlights:Very rigid air dried paper cone to ensure piston motion at high levelsRigid steel chassis with extensive venting for lower air flow speed reducing audible distortionLow-loss suspension (high Qm) for better reproduction of details and dynamicsConex spider for better durability under extreme conditionsCustom tunable by adding one or more of the three extra weights (included)  Product Description:For demanding subwoofer applications using a passive radiator like the PR270WA01 is a fantastic alternative to ported enclosures. The extremely rigid air-dried paper cone of the passive radiator provides a fantastic transient response. The PR270WA01 was designed to cause limited mechanical loss, for the best fidelity possible.The PR270WA01 includes three weighted discs that are easily applied onto a threaded rod on the rear side of the cone. You can add any combination of the weighted discs to adjust the tuning of the passive radiator.
